Here at Appliance Company, we are in the business of making customers for life. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service. Take, for instance, a call our technician Jeff recently went out on to look at a Kenmore washer that had been overloaded and was giving a C1 error code. This code usually calls for a new motor/pump assembly, but Jeff was able to repair the existing part, leaving our customer happy with a much less expensive bill. She was so happy with how she was treated and the work that was done that she took the time to send us a hand-written card explaining how much she appreciated Jeff and that our company is lucky to have him. And, yes, we are lucky to have techs in in the field who share our dream to make customers for life.
